Security Gate Information

The information below relates to our new Security Gate system.

Registration

Prior to the start of operation ALL Residents must complete a registration form. Members of the HOA will be contacting all residents to assist in completing this form and, if a remote is needed, the remote payment and the unit's access code will be provided at that time. We recommend that the access code only be shared with family members - Not with everyone.

New residents should download this form and complete it. Then email the HOA at "gates@deaconridgecondos.com" and put "Registration" in the subject of the email. Please also include a contact phone number and we will call to set up a time to provide remotes and/or access codes.

All unit owners must provide correct and current contact information to the Master HOA Board of Directors and the Management Company, including owner’s legal mailing address, telephone number(s), email addresses, and automobile information. Owners must also provide names, telephone number(s), email addresses, and automobile information for tenants. Noncompliance results in a $100.00 fine.

Gate access codes and remotes are assigned to tenants and owners not to units and are non-transferrable. Once a tenant vacates the property or the owner sells his unit the code and remote are eliminated. New registration is required for entry.

We do not replace gate remotes because we do not know what type of abuse it may have incurred.

Landlords and Property Managers please note this info and make sure your tenants comply.

Remember - if you DO NOT REGISTER, you can NOT access the property when the gates are down.

Notice - The security gates are monitored by our surveillance cameras. Deacon Ridge residents and their guest(s) are financially responsible for any damage to the security gates caused by either them or their guest(s).
