Intercom System Quick Reference

Front Door Panel

Each building will have a new panel at the front door.

Condo Panel

Each condo will have a new intercom unit, similar to the one shown above,

Front Door Panel Quick Guide

To contact a unit, the visitor must press the button of the unit on the door panel. Selecting a unit will play a message "call in progress" and illuminate a LED on the screen. When a unit's button is pressed, the inside panel will display an image of the visitor

Condo Panel Quick Guide

Description

Pressing this button will allow the resident to talk to the person outside the front door. Calls are limited to 90 Seconds. If a call is not answered within 45 seconds the call is cancelled.
Pressing this button a second time will allow the resident to cancel the conversation.

unlock door


Pressing this button will unlock the front door of the building.
